To Carnegie Center Along the Northeast Corridor Rail Line
Q: How do I get from the New Brunswick/Somerset area to Carnegie Center?

A: You are fortunate to live close enough to the Northeast Corridor Rail Line (NEC). I suggest taking the NEC to the Princeton Junction Train Station and transferring to the NJ Transit 600 Bus TO TRENTON. The first stop after leaving Princeton Junction is the Carnegie Center. According to the schedule, the bus takes approximately 5 minutes to get to the first time point within the Carnegie Center Complex (101 Carnegie Center, where the back entrance to the Hyatt Regency Hotel is located (Check out Merrill Lynch's TMA Member Transportation Profile for a closer look at the first stop at Carnegie Center!).

Once the NJ Transit 600 Bus leaves this first time point, it takes about 5 more minutes to loop around the Complex to most of the other buildings.

Cost: $1.00 one way unless you have a monthly pass or are transferring from another bus or rail (show your pass), then the cost drops to .40 cents one way.

You might also want to ask your Human Resources Department if your company participates in BusinessPass which is a pre-tax incentive that benefits both you and your employer when you use transit.

Where to pick up the bus at PJT: You pick up the NJ Transit 600 Bus on the SB side (coming from New York) of the Princeton Junction Rail Station. If you are coming from the NB side (going to New York) where the En Route Cafe is located, you will have to cross under the tracks via the short tunnel to the other side of the station.
