What We Can Do For You

Site Assessments:

Our staff can assess your worksite and survey your workforce to develop a customized commute option program that is appropriate for your business.

Surveys:

The key to establishing a successful commute option program at the worksite is knowing your employees' travel patterns and needs. Greater Mercer TMA can help by designing, conducting and analyzing a survey that will identify trends, opportunities and barriers for carpools and vanpools, transit or non motorized transportation.

Carpool, Vanpool Service Assistance:

We come on site to help your employees join or form carpools or vanpools or provide you with information to pass on to your employees.

Promotions and Incentive Programs:

Employer Recognition:

Employers who participate in Greater Mercer TMA programs are eligible for designation as a New Jersey SmartWorkplace , recognition at Greater Mercer TMA’s annual meeting and featured presentations in newsletters and the Headlight section of our website.

We provide you and your employees newsletters and information on transportation topics and commuting tips.

On Site Commuter Information Exchanges:

Commuter Exchanges make it easy for employees to sign up for ridesharing, get the latest transit schedules, learn about construction projects and receive other commute related information because we bring it all to you!

Telecommuting and Compressed Work Week Assistance:

We can help you design a program that will work for you and your workforce.

Relocation Assistance:

If you are relocating to Mercer County, we can ease the transition for your employees by providing carpool, vanpool and transit information.

Transit Advocacy:

We are your advocate for better transit service at your worksite.

Traffic Alerts:

We tell you about construction projects, accidents and incidents that impact travel.

Workshops and Seminars:

We offer topical programs on transportation issues affecting employers and employees.

Shuttle Bus Service Development and Administration:

Our professional staff can help you develop and implement shuttle bus service to connect with public transit, park and rides or between facilities. We can also manage the entire operation for you, by contracting with service providers, handling customer service and providing detailed ridership reports.
