Telecommuting

Telecommuting is an off-site work arrangement that permits employees to work anywhere or anytime for all or part of the work week. It's moving the work instead of the worker.

Compressed Work Weeks

Compressed work weeks allow employees to work their regularly scheduled work hours in fewer days by working a little bit longer each day they are in the office.
Common examples are the 4/40 schedule, where an employee works forty hours in four days; the 9/80 schedule, where an employee works eighty hours in nine days; and, the 3/36 where an employee works thirty six hours in 3 days.
