Our Commitment To the Future
The New Millennium

Changing RulesGreater Mercer TMA's commitment to the region will strengthen as we move into the new millennium. Building on our past accomplishments, we will continue to develop programs and services to expand mobility options, enhance economic development and protect the environment. As Mercer County continues to grow, so will Greater Mercer TMA. With new rail stations, town centers, employment centers and urban renewal projects, the need for an integrated transportation system is greater than ever, and the TMA will be making the right connections.

We've already begun to examine the needs of the Route 130 corridor, and we will soon begin to pursue linkages to connect Hamilton, West Trenton, the Hopewell Valley and Bucks County. We plan to expand our employer commuter benefit program and begin to explore the transportation needs of students and senior citizens as well.

The future will most certainly bring more changes, but the direct linkage between transportation and the region's prosperity will remain constant. And so too will Greater Mercer TMA's commitment to deliver sensible, practical solutions for Mercer County's residents, employees and businesses.
